Ms. Nusrat Zaman Raya is an academic and researcher who believes that creativity and logic reach their fullest potential when united. Her academic excellence has been recognized consistently throughout her education, earning her a place on the Vice Chancellor’s and Dean’s Lists, along with multiple merit scholarships at the school, college, and university levels. In 2017, she received national recognition when she was honored by the Prime Minister of Bangladesh. Her aptitude for problem-solving emerged early: in her first-ever participation in BRAC University’s Intra-University Programming Contest, she was named Female Champion.

Her research interests span Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, with a particular focus on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering at BRAC University, where she continues to advance her research expertise and contribute to academic innovation. 

Outside the classroom, Ms. Raya is a creative and spirited individual with a deep appreciation for the arts and photography. Driven by a commitment to continual growth, she lives by the motto: "Become the best version of yourself, one day at a time.”
